Possible Reasons:
|
|
Payment Past Due Atleast 3 Weeks - If we have been unable to charge your credit card for three or more weeks we will suspend the website. You should recieve email receipts of each transaction, and whether it failed or succeeded. If you do not receive these emails, then your email address attached to your account is not up-to-date.

Remedy - Send us new credit card information, either by fax at 1-(604)476-9320 or fill out the secure form by clicking here

Spamming - If we receive multiple complaints about spam coming from your account, we will suspend it and investigate. To prevent this from happening, you should not upload any old cgi scripts such as formmail.pl, as they are used to spam from your account.

Using Too Many Server Resources - Sometimes a poorly written script or a script that hangs can cause a server to bear a very high load and thus slow the entire server down, which can lead to more problems. We try to investigate and shut down the single script, but sometimes we must suspend the account.

|
Adult and Porn Related Material - We do not host any adult material and will suspend any sites that we feel fall under this category.
